In Settings, Download my data gives you a copy of what you have put into the app.
Delete my account removes your account. Some records your coach keeps for their business, such as payment records, are kept without your name on them. The Privacy page explains what is kept and why.
If you are not sure, talk to your coach first: removing you from their list does not delete your account.
